This full time position focuses on enhancing health system capacity through the integration of best practices and innovative solutions. You will bring expertise from five years of experience in healthcare, facilitating collaborations that ensure seamless communication among stakeholders. Your leadership in strategic planning and project management will directly influence patient outcomes and healthcare equity in Northern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee capacity planning frameworks
• Conduct research to shape effective health planning policies
• Manage project resources and budgets for system transformation




• Assess implementation activities related to healthcare capacity
• Strengthen partnerships to address systemic gaps

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in health administration, planning, or similar
• 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience
• Proven track record in data analysis and project management
• Strong knowledge of northern Ontario healthcare dynamics
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities
