This role reports to the Controller and involves preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and processing key financial transactions. You will interact with a dedicated finance team, gaining exposure to evolving processes in a private equity environment. Effective communication and a detail-oriented approach are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform journal entry preparation and postings for accuracy
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and assess discrepancies
• Review expense reports and manage petty cash transactions




• Assist in the monthly close and support trial balance preparation
• Collaborate on variance analysis and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of pertinent accounting experience
• Understanding of accounting principles and Excel proficiency
• ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Comfortable learning new tools, including AI-based systems
