You’ll assist Dr. Mary Jung in administrative oversight of the Diabetes Prevention Research Group, requiring an undergraduate degree and two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities involve planning events, liaising with funding agencies, and maintaining project documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical standards. Engage with a diverse research team dedicated to health behaviour change.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support meetings, grant applications, and financial reconciliations
• Manage website and social media communications




• Organize event logistics and project schedules
• Collaborate on grant proposals and budget monitoring
• Ensure ethical data management practices are upheld

Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Two years experience in a research setting
• Excellent detail-oriented organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong commitment to fostering a diverse work workplace
