You will play a key role in advising on workplace policies, overseeing investigations, and supporting wellness initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert for HR policies
• Collaborate to develop resources supporting employee relations
• Partner with health & safety teams across operations
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
• 5+ years of employee relations experience
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Preferred: CHRP and mediation certifications
