You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. Your responsibilities include providing emotional, physical, and social support to residents, as well as overseeing medication management and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and inspire Care Assistants in delivering care
• Monitor compliance with established care standards
• Administer medications and oversee audits




• Maintain comprehensive and accurate care documentation
• Collaborate closely with senior management

Requirements:
• Proven experience in dementia care and team leadership
• Strong focus on person-centered planning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is a plus
• Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development
