In this full-time position, you will drive the technical development process while collaborating with Design and Production. With a strong background in garment construction and pattern-making, you will ensure the manufacturability and quality of our products. Experience ranging from 3 to 7 years in apparel development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain digital patterns using Gerber AccuMark
• Lead garment fittings, translating revisions into patterns
• Develop grading rules for fit consistency
• Evaluate samples and propose technical solutions
• Maintain organized development records and technical documentation

Requirements:
• Degree in Fashion or Technical Design
• 3–7 years in technical apparel development
• Advanced skills in Gerber AccuMark
• Strong knowledge in garment construction methods
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
