This role requires you to leverage your knowledge of endurance sports to develop impactful coaching sessions. You will collaborate with clients to define their goals and create unique training programs tailored to their needs. By promoting various endurance services, you will elevate the 3433 endurance community and ensure clients receive the best support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead individual and group endurance coaching sessions
• Create custom training programs for athletes
• Engage in open communication with clients for their satisfaction




• Maintain skilled documentation and standards
• Assist during facility events and troubleshoot equipment

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field
• Three years of coaching experience required
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Knowledge of endurance sports coaching valuable
• Familiarity with training software like Strava and Garmin
