Reporting to the Senior Manager of Extracurricular Programs, you will oversee the seasonal operations of camps in diverse locations. Your expertise in leading educational programs and managing teams will help develop engaging content that captivates a variety of audiences. You will also ensure the safety and emotional welfare of campers in alignment with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment and training of camp staff
• Handle registrations and customer service for programs
• Collaborate to create and refine camp curricula




• Ensure explicit communication with all families involved
• Manage logistics and operations for camp activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Education or 5+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in informal science education
• Proven ability in program leadership and supervision
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• First Aid certification required or must be obtained
