Become a key part of the South Riverdale Community Health Centre team as a Health Promoter, focusing on the Mobile Health Clinic. This contract position is dedicated to fostering health access for priority populations in East Toronto.

This role involves implementing health education programs and engaging with marginalized community members. You will also coordinate health promotion activities and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance awareness and access to health services. Flexibility for evening and weekend hours is a must to effectively serve the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination of health promotion programs
• Conduct outreach for health education initiatives
• Support the Women’s Screening Clinic activities
• Collaborate with partner organizations
• Drive and manage the Mobile Health Clinic

Requirements:
• Master’s in health or social sciences
• 3-5 years in public health promotion
• Valid Ontario driver’s license
• Experience with vulnerable populations
• Solid organizational and communication skills
