VetBridge USA

Ontario

Eligibility: This role is open to Canadian citizens holding an active provincial veterinary license. U.S. work authorization runs through the USMCA TN category, so permanent residents and work-permit holders are not eligible.

Licensed veterinarian in Canada? You've already passed the exam U.S. states require.

VetBridge USA places licensed DVMs from Canada and Mexico with US clinics that have open positions right now, across the country. For Canadian veterinarians the path is short: you have already passed the NAVLE, so what remains is state licensure and a TN work visa, coordinated with independent immigration attorneys.

What the move looks like:

- $120K-$150K USD depending on state and experience. Canadian associates average around CAD $125K (about USD $90K),

so for most Canadian DVMs this is a 30-50% raise, paid in US dollars.
- Clinics ready to hire now, in multiple states. Tell us where you want to live and we match from there.
- We coordinate state board applications, the TN visa process, and relocation logistics.
- No cost to you as a candidate. Clinics pay us, you keep your full salary.

Requirements

- DVM from a CVMA/AVMA-accredited program
- Active license in valuable standing
- NAVLE passed
- Open to relocating to the US

Apply in under 2 minutes. A coordinator responds within 24 hours.
