Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and handle all reception duties with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments efficiently
- Assist veterinary staff with animal examinations, treatments, and laboratory procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic’s exam rooms, kennels, and equipment
- Support laboratory work by preparing samples and assisting with diagnostic tests when needed
- Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, medication instructions, and preventive health measures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation of all clinical activities
Skills
- Solid communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is advantageous
- Laboratory experience is preferred to assist with diagnostic testing and sample handling
