Oasis Veterinary Hospital is a private practice committed to delivering quality and compassionate care to pets and their families. We are looking for skilled and motivated Veterinary Assistants/ Client Care Representatives to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities In this multi-faceted role, you will support our medical team, front-desk operations and general office administrations. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient check-ins/check-outs, inventory and mail management, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting veterinarians and technologists with exams, treatments, surgery prep, patient restraint and handling, sample collection and patient monitoring.
- Cleaning and sanitizing exam rooms, treatment areas, common areas, bathrooms surgical spaces, and hospital equipment. It will also include restocking supplies, laundering linens, and ensuring hospital waste is properly disposed of.
- Ensuring the hospital environment is clean, organized and ready for daily operations.
- Supporting smooth clinic workflow during busy periods or emergencies.




- Performing other duties as assigned to support overall hospital operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Veterinary Assistant training
- Ability to thrive in fast -paced environments, can work independently and ready to take initiative
- A great team player who brings positivity and professionalism to the job
- Proficiency with EzyVet veterinary practice management software is a bonus.
- Experience as a Vet Assistant is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable

Schedule

- Full-time – permanent, including weekend and some holidays
