We offer both Eastern and Western Medicine and have a deep focus on fear-free practices. We’re looking for an exceptional candidate to fill a full-time receptionist position. This is a full -time receptionist roll with room to grow into a lead position.
- About the Roll:
- You will be the first, cheerful face our clients see. You will treat clients and patients with a welcoming genuine kindness, respect and cheerfulness. You are comfortable discussing fees and are compassionate when it’s most needed.
You value honesty, integrity and accountability in every interaction. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the front office and will become confident in our hospital systems and protocols so you can support clients smoothly. You will be responsible for creating an outstanding client experience that builds loyalty.
You work well working independently and thrive as part of a collaborative team. You take initiative, always follow through,
and are excited to keep learning and growing.
