Your strategic partnership with the CAO and finance team will drive operational excellence and scalable growth for our single-family rental homes and multi-family apartments. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and month-end close
- Lead and mentor an effective accounting team
- Develop internal controls and financial reporting systems
- Oversee investor reporting and stakeholder communications
- Guide the annual budget process and audits Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
- 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership in multi-entity organizations
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards
