Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Corporate Actions Manager to join our team. This role is located in Toronto, CA – 4 days in office required.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Lead and manage the Corporate Actions team by demonstrating expertise in corporate actions processes and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all related activities.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance, supporting BNY's commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues with professionalism and expertise.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration,



or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
- 4-7 years of experience required.
- 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
