Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor store P&L; accountability for optimal profitability
• Identify training needs through regular store assessments
• Lead visual merchandising initiatives within the region
• Support operational rollout consistency among locations
• Ensure health and safety compliance during store visits

Requirements:
• High school diploma minimum
• Proven leadership experience of 2-3 years
