Cogir Senior Living is seeking a passionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. This role will focus on delivering patient-centered care and fostering trusted relationships with residents and families. You will implement, evaluate, and adapt care plans, all while supporting unregulated care providers through mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide goal-oriented nursing care to residents
• Assess and document residents' clinical care needs
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team for effective communication




• Mentor and train unregulated care providers
• Ensure care plans are accurate and up to date

Requirements:
• Active registration as an RPN in the province
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
