The Financial Controller leads FNFA's accounting operations, ensuring financial integrity and compliance across all levels. With at least 5 years of accounting experience and a CPA designation, you will facilitate critical financial reporting and oversee cash management. Your contribution is essential for community-focused projects that drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting
• Validate accounting treatments and reconciliations
• Manage annual budgeting and cash flow analyses




• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team

Requirements:
• CPA designation is mandatory
• 5+ years in financial services or accounting
• Solid grasp of Canadian accounting standards
• Experience in Indigenous financial reporting is a plus
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
