PTW seeks a Local Journeyman Instrumentation Technician in Peace River to ensure protected, high-quality instrumentation services. This role emphasizes attention to detail and client satisfaction while working within a collaborative team.

As a Journeyman Instrumentation Technician, you'll install, test, and calibrate a variety of industrial instrumentation and control systems. Your role will incorporate supporting power generation equipment and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for coordinating with various stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and calibrate industrial instrumentation systems
• Maintain power generation equipment like gas turbines




• Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs;
• Communicate equipment condition and safety concerns
• Perform work in compliance with safety standards

Requirements:
• Journeyman Instrumentation Technician certificate required
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and DCS systems
• Valid H2S Alive and First Aid certification
• Proficient with calibration equipment and hand tools
• Flexible availability for shifts and overtime
