We are looking for a talented Inventory Analyst to track refined product movements and ensure inventory accuracy across Canada. You'll work closely with stakeholders to represent physical transactions in our ERP system while analyzing and resolving inventory variances. This analyst role plays a crucial part in achieving compliance standards and meeting Key Performance Indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily inventory reconciliation across terminals nationwide
• Lead the analysis of abnormal stock variations
• Ensure timely compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley standards




• Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators for effective outcomes
• Support teams in resolving supplier and customer inventory variances

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years in inventory, reconciliation, or accounting
• Knowledge of SAP S4, SAP Fiori, and hydrocarbon movements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
