Job Description EOSOL Group is seeking a Port Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all pre-project operational activities within port facilities and laydown yards.
The professional will serve as the key in office operational leader managing field execution teams and contractors performing punch list inspections and repairs, Technical Notification (TN) installations, long-term maintenance, component cleaning, and preservation prior to site dispatch.
Key Responsibilities Supervise regional port and yard operations.
Coordinate punch list completion and corrective action management.
Manage repairs and technical modifications on components.




Oversee Technical Notification (TN) installations.
Execute long-term maintenance, component cleaning, and preservation activities.
Plan and control work schedules for site execution teams.
Supervise field crews and contractors.
Guarantee components leave the port in fully compliant, installation-ready condition.
Drive quality assurance, documentation, and operational tracking.
Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, logistics, quality, and site teams.
Enforce site safety compliance and work permit controls (LOTO, hot work, etc.).
