Key Responsibilities:
• Lead consultations with core customer decision-makers
• Create tailored implementation approaches for Conductor
• Guide the progression of customer journeys through phases
• Ensure alignment between client needs and product features
• Organize meetings for kick-offs and status updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in SaaS-related consulting roles
• Impeccable communication skills for client interactions
• Proven experience with high-level executives in large organizations
• Strong understanding of business financial metrics
• Familiarity with data insights; Power BI experience preferred
