At Aviso, we seek a dedicated Leave of Absence and Accommodation Program Manager for our People & Culture team. This position lends itself to individuals with extensive HR experience, especially in leave and disability management. You will play a crucial role in program evolution and build a robust framework that enhances employee support while ensuring governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead leave of absence and accommodation program evolution
• Manage complex leave and return-to-work cases




• Provide guidance on compliance and accommodation requirements
• Develop policies and maintain efficient program workflows
• Monitor program metrics and prepare reports for governance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 7+ years HR experience, 3-5 in leave management
• Robust knowledge of employment legislation
• Proven organizational skills and risk management proficiency
• Fluent communication skills in English, French is a plus
