Full-Time Brewer – Coast Mountain Brewing
Location: In-person, Whistler, BC

Pay: $25.00/hour, depending on experience

ABOUT US Coast Mountain Brewing is looking for a talented Brewer to join our team in beautiful Whistler, BC.

What You’ll Be Doing Brewing Operations : Crafting high-quality beer according to our recipes and standards, including grain milling and raw material handling.
Cellar Management : Monitoring fermentation, handling yeast, dry hopping, and managing transfers.
Packaging : Running and supporting operations on canning and kegging days.
Quality Control : Conducting daily beer checks, monitoring basic QC metrics, and keeping equipment and parts in top shape.
Sanitation & Upkeep : Deep cleaning and sanitizing tanks, hoses, kegs,



and maintaining general brewery cleanliness.
What We’re Looking For Experience : Minimum of 2 years in production brewing or commercial brewery environments.
Physical Fitness : Comfortable with active, physical work and routinely lifting to 25 kg (55 lbs).
Work Ethic : Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, punctual, and committed to doing things properly.
Team Player : Strong ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a tight-knit crew.
Requirements : Valid driver’s license and a genuine passion for craft beer quality.
