Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare mandatory CMHC reports to ensure compliance
• Monitor mortgage eligibility and recommend strategies
• Liaise with Treasury for accurate portfolio insights

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in finance or STEM
• CPA or CFA designation essential
• 3–5 years in treasury or securitization
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel
• Python scripting knowledge for automation
