You will develop and lead educational and recreational activities while ensuring safety and inclusivity. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recreational programming for children and youth
• Develop and implement engaging and educational activities
• Maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere for all participants




• Assist with reporting and funding proposals as needed
• Ensure program delivery meets YMCA standards

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Child and Youth Care preferred
• Prior experience in a Child and Youth Worker role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Emergency First Aid and CPR certification required
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
