with a focus on aluminum.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in welding aluminum and steel.Valid Class G driver’s license.Certifications in SMAW, GMAW, and/or FCAW are highly desirable.CWB certification for all positions and/or welding supervisor is a strong asset.Experience with rigging is an asset.Strong customer orientation, a willingness to learn, and excellent problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Availability to work overtime as needed.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.A strong sense of pride in your work and attention to detail.Want to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
