Join a committed Health & Wellness team at The Mustard Seed, where you will serve as a Clinical Counsellor. This full time position includes providing assessments, individual and group counselling while focusing on mental health challenges and substance use issues. You will collaborate with various departments and community partners to create coordinated care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group counselling sessions as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Facilitate case consultations with external service providers
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in counselling or social work
• 1-2 years working with vulnerable populations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent relationship-building and collaboration abilities
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in Canada
