Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate resident care conferences and service planning
• Administer and monitor medications safely and accurately
• Supervise and train unregulated care providers




• Support families with education on health management
• Oversee care in emergency situations and communicate effectively

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid RN license in applicable province/state
• Previous experience in gerontology or long-term care
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Proficient with computers and MS Office applications
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS)
