As a temporary full-time Therapy Aide at Colonel Belcher, you will work closely under supervision to assist residents in their healthcare journey. Your contributions will include facilitating exercise groups, instructing craft classes, and ensuring clients optimize their functional abilities, all while embodying Carewest’s core values of Caring, Relationships, and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Conduct craft classes fostering creativity and engagement
• Assist in organizing group exercises and activities
• Help maintain a secure and supportive environment
• Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• Valid Basic Life Support Provider CPR certification
• PCA or related certificates preferred
• Relevant experience in healthcare settings
• Experience with geriatric clients is advantageous
