In this supervisory role, you will take charge of our After School Program, focusing on creating a positive experience for children. Your leadership will promote play-based programming while actively engaging with children daily. Mentoring staff and building community ties will enhance the program's impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities and program operations
• Create inclusive activities that promote play and creativity
• Engage directly with children to foster relationships




• Mentor Early Childhood Educators and Program Assistants
• Ensure compliance with Alberta Child Care standards

Requirements:
• ECE Level 2 or Level 3 Certification preferred
• At least three years of experience in licensed settings
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Current Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
