• Adhere to personalized plans as directed by supervisors
• Assist residents with hygiene and daily living activities
• Plan and prepare healthy meals for clients
• Facilitate transfers and mobility assistance
• Report and observe client conditions effectively

Requirements:
• Completion of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent
• Experience working within community health services
• Robust verbal and written communication abilities
• Current First Aid and BCLS certifications
• Criminal Background Check required
