As the Specialist, Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to ensure our internal and external customers receive the highest level of service from RXO. On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.What your day-to-day will look like:Act as an advocate and champion of the customer to fulfill, meet and exceed their expectationsAnalyze incoming orders to determine if the team can handle the order under quoted constraints of customer agreement, and offer alternatives if necessaryMaintain, update and utilize account profiles to ensure that the requirements are documented and an accurate representation of the customer’s service expectations, processes and measurementsEstablish a plan to align service partners for successAt a minimum, you’ll need:1 year of experience in transportation or customer serviceIt’d be great if you also have:Bachelor's degree2 years of experience in a call center environmentAbility to work independently, with little or no supervision and/or in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive,
