As part of the Shared Services team, the Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for applying cash receipts and generating customer statements. Ideal candidates should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service mindset. Experience with Great Plains and HighRadius is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process cash receipts across various business lines
• Distribute customer statements promptly
• Prepare and submit electronic bank deposits
• Create historical aging reports as required
• Address inquiries from business units
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in cash applications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
• High attention to detail and task ownership
• Knowledge of Great Plains and HighRadius regarded as assets
