This 12-16 month temporary role, with a possibility of becoming a permanent position, is based hybrid in Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray. You will work a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, collaborating closely with operational leaders to fulfill recruitment needs. Your knowledge of industrial trades recruitment will be key to attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment for manpower at various client locations
• Post job ads and monitor candidate submissions
• Review resumes and pre-screen applicants




• Conduct interviews and support selection decisions
• Source talent on multiple platforms including LinkedIn

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience
• Proficient in sourcing techniques and marketing
• Transparent communication with internal operational leaders
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes
• Knowledge of ICIMs is an asset
