• Lead and support field operations and crews

Requirements:
• Technical Trade Certificate or Journeyperson Certification
• 3+ years in supervisory roles in industrial environments
• Knowledge of QA/QC and safety best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and adapting to changes
