Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain stairways and hallways
• Vacuum carpets and mop tiles
• Sanitize gym and amenity rooms
• Perform exterior walkthroughs and clean grounds
• Keep entrances clear and presentable

Requirements:
• Solid communication in English
• Punctual and reliable
• Willing to lift 20 lbs and use ladders
• Proficiency with cleaning tools and chemicals
• High school diploma or equivalent
