The University of Calgary is hiring a full time Clinical Research Assistant to support the Multiple Sclerosis Research Program. Work across various research projects and engage with patients.
As part of the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, you will report to senior team members and ensure compliance with established protocols. Your responsibilities will include recruiting research subjects, conducting chart reviews, and managing testing and paperwork. Adaptability and attention to detail are essential in this role, where you will help facilitate ongoing studies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to GCP and operational protocols
• Liaise with physicians, patients, and drug companies
• Administer questionnaires and testing as needed
• Archive and retrieve study records efficiently
• Enter data and maintain organized documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience preferred
• Certification in phlebotomy is advantageous
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
• Effective multitasking and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
