In this role, you will be the key resource for troubleshooting and resolving technology issues at Tech-Wood. You'll set up and maintain IT infrastructure, assist with employee onboarding, and manage user accounts while ensuring technology operates securely and efficiently. Collaborating closely with the IT Lead, you'll identify improvements that will enhance both processes and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive IT support to staff in office
• Troubleshoot issues with devices and software like Microsoft 365




• Set up and manage IT assets across both locations
• Support user management during onboarding and offboarding
• Collaborate on after-hours and on-call activities

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of IT experience in multi-site environments
• Strong customer-first troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Excellent ability to articulate technical concepts
• Must have Class 5 driver's license
