Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair computers, printers, and security systems
• Collaborate with users to assess and solve technical problems

• Execute preventative maintenance to minimize disruptions
• Provide support for instructional technology across the College

Requirements:
• Computer Information Systems Certificate or equivalent
• 2 years of related IT support experience
• Effective interpersonal skills in rapid-paced environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with College technology considered an asset
