This role at KCB invites an Intermediate Structural Engineer with a focus on water resource infrastructure, requiring 4-6 years of experience. You will play a crucial role in the design and rehabilitation of hydropower facilities while managing project timelines and mentoring junior engineers. This position includes travel for site assessments both in Canada and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design recent hydroelectric facilities and assess existing structures
• Oversee project schedules and financial performance




• Mentor junior staff to foster growth and development
• Compile technical reports and proposals for clients
• Conduct site visits for engineering assessments as necessary

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in civil engineering
• Minimum 4-6 years of structural engineering experience
• P. Eng designation or eligibility within a year
• Proficiency in engineering software like SAP 2000
• Willingness to travel on project assignments
