VHA Home HealthCare seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant with at least two years of relevant experience working with geriatric clients. You will assist in executing individualized exercise and ADL programs under a Physiotherapist's supervision. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personalized exercise programs and ADL training
• Supervise client mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Provide education and support to clients and families




• Monitor health status changes and report to therapists

Requirements:
• Diploma as an OTA/PTA from an accredited college
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Solid communication and mentoring skills
• Understanding of rehabilitation principles and techniques
