Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in Care Conferences addressing resident needs
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of clinical staff
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations




• Support disciplinary processes as necessary
• Monitor care staff performance and compliance

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse, or similar designation
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in aging services
• Familiarity with developing resident care plans
• Understanding of provincial health regulations
• Must provide recent Vulnerable Sector Check
