PCCA is actively searching for a Business Development Representative in London, Ontario, focused on unlocking sales opportunities with community pharmacies nationwide. This role emphasizes outbound prospecting and nurturing existing client relationships.

As a BDR, you will propel your career by utilizing a consultative sales approach to identify prospective customers and support current accounts. With a substantial portion of your responsibilities directed towards generating qualified leads, you’ll also engage in strategic collaboration with sales teams to foster account growth. Occasional travel across Canada is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify pharmacy customer prospects through various channels
• Conduct consistent outbound sales outreach




• Research and connect with decision makers in pharmacies
• Facilitate discovery discussions to determine customer needs
• Update CRM systems with sales activities and forecasts

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in business development or inside sales
• Proficient communication and relationship management skills
• Robust organizational and resilience capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Relevant pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus
