In this full-time position, your primary focus will be the Trust's hydroelectric facilities. You will lead projects and root-cause investigations, helping to implement reliability protocols and enhance equipment performance. Your extensive experience in power generation will be crucial in supporting the maintenance programs and managing emerging risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance strategies
• Oversee technical project management from initiation to execution
• Conduct root-cause analyses and apply corrective measures
• Support maintenance planning and regulatory compliance
• Develop engineering documentation and improve practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility for designation
• 7+ years of experience in hydroelectric engineering
• Class 5 BC Driver's License with good record
• Strong skills in engineering software applications
