Key Responsibilities:
• Support iA Financial Group with legal litigation services
• Draft various legal documents including briefs and motions
• Serve as a representative in court scenarios




• Manage and negotiate disputes efficiently
• Provide knowledgeable opinions on litigation processes

Requirements:
• Required: Law Degree (LLB or JD) and 5–10 years experience
• Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Background in insurance litigation beneficial
• French language skills a plus
