We are seeking a motivated individual with supervisory experience who can manage various trades effectively. This role offers the chance to impact workforce accommodation projects while upholding best practices in construction and safety standards. You will coordinate inspections and daily evaluations to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple trades and oversee site operations
• Ensure all work aligns with project drawings
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental protocols
• Order necessary materials and manage pickups
• Perform inspections on modular units off the line

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of foreman experience
• 5+ years in the construction field
• Journeyman or Apprentice Carpenter preferred
• Proven knowledge of construction safety practices
• Proficient in blueprint interpretation and communication skills
