In this role, you will contribute significantly to the IT infrastructure of our Athabasca Division. You should have a college diploma or degree in computer science and at least three years of experience in systems administration. Key skills include cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and exceptional communication to manage critical networks and hardware support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reliable IT infrastructure to support business uptime
• Install and configure new systems and software enhancements




• Maintain and support hardware and software lifecycle
• Liaise with suppliers for incident recovery
• Support network and Wifi maintenance and installation

Requirements:
• 3 years of Systems Administration experience
• College diploma or degree in computer science
• Knowledge of cloud systems (MS Azure or AWS)
• Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
