In this Part Time position in the Seniors’ Health Centre, you will assist nursing personnel with personal care for residents, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. Your role supports essential activities of daily living for the elderly while fostering an inclusive setting through communication and collaboration with healthcare teams. You will also participate in the academic mission focused on advancing teaching and care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist nursing staff in providing personal care
• Support residents in daily living activities




• Communicate compassionately with elderly residents
• Work cooperatively within a healthcare team
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Completion of PSW certificate from an accredited college
• Registration with HSCPOA required
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Experience with Point of Care (POC) systems preferred
• French/English bilingualism is beneficial
