As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Grand Rounds and other academic events while ensuring compliance with financial protocols across all administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage logistics for Grand Rounds and departmental meetings
• Process financial transactions using Workday
• Serve as liaison for faculty and guest speakers




• Update departmental website and track communications
• Coordinate departmental events and wellness initiatives

Requirements:
• High School diploma plus a two-year post-secondary education
• Minimum of four years in administrative roles
• High proficiency in MS applications and Zoom
• Experience with financial processing, especially in Workday
• Strong ability to communicate and write effectively
